Descriere

Summary of role:

Day to day management of Customer orders, inquiries and invoicing. Being flexible and responsive to changing customer demands and requirements.

 

Responsibilities:

–          Resolve customer concerns, complaints in a professional and timely manner;

–          Contact customers as scheduled and take customer concerns/queries as and when required;

–          Develop an understanding of customers’ needs and expectations and align these with production or supply chain capability;

–          Maintain an understanding of, and compliance with our logistics strategy;

–          Provide accurate and timely reports as required by your Manager;

–          Metrics regarding customer escalations;

–          Accurate order dating analysis;

–          Lead by example to promote our code of ethics and ensure actions and behaviors meet agreed priorities and procedures to support our customer base.

 

Requirements:

–          Minimum 5 years’ experience in Customer Service environment (not telesales);

–          Knowledge of supply chain can be an advance;

–          University Degree;

–          MS Office knowledge (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word);

–          Fluent in English;

–          Other languages can be an advance;

–          Ability to communicate easily and confidently;

–          Adaptable and able to relate to a broad range of people;

–          Team player with good interpersonal skills.
