‐ Lead the Oradea Supply Chain Team which delivers supply chain, logistics and procurement services to CIE-E and CT;
‐ Coordinating and managing the team, overseeing projects and supervising the day-to-day operations distributing the workload evenly and making sure motivation and performance levels are maintained;
‐ Driving recruitment of the team and career management;
‐ Guiding the team to redesign processes and organization to ensure optimum speed, quality and on-time delivery for our customer;
‐ Placing a focus on process and efficiency improvement;
‐ Directly supporting CIS Europe Procurement VP with procurement initiatives in the European organization.
